The MCT466 QuikCheck is a rugged and reliable NIR tester designed for at-line or laboratory environments. Parameters
measured include moisture, oil, coat weight and more. With accurate results in under 10 seconds, the QuikCheck provides
rapid feedback for process control or product quality applications, improving product consistency and reducing waste.EASY TO USE
Simply place the sample in the dish,
wait about 5 seconds, and a precise
moisture, oil and/or coatings value is
displayed.
SAMPLE PREPARATION
Many products require little or no
sample preparation. The rotating dish
averages hundreds of readings for
reliable and representative analysis.
A special attachment is available for
easy analysis of flms and paper in
converting applications.
